Do I need my own tools?
Yes — bays come with the lift and the space. Bring your own tools unless the location says otherwise.
What if I've never used a lift before?
Your first booking includes a short lift orientation before you start — it's added to your first visit automatically.
Can I bring someone to help?
Yes. Bring a friend, or book a Guide on AlongSide to work alongside you in the bay.
How do I pay?
Send a request for your bay and times, then add a card. Nothing is charged when you request. Once we confirm, your card is charged when you check in, plus a one-time $10 orientation on your first visit. If you don't check in within 30 minutes of your start time, a $25 no-show fee is charged instead.
What jobs aren't allowed?
Each location lists any blocked job types on its page — check before you book if you're not sure yours is covered.
What about insurance?
