Run every Session the same way until it's habit.
Before
- Confirm the job, the Level and the time in AlongSide messages
- Ask what parts and tools they already have
- Pack any tools I listed on my Offer
Start
- Safety first: PPE, power off, car secured, whatever the job needs
- Walk through the plan out loud before anyone starts
During
- Their hands on the job unless the Level says otherwise
- Explain the why, not just the how
- Stop them before a mistake, not after
Wrap up
- Check the finished work together
- Tell them what to watch for and what to do next time
- Mark the Session complete and leave a review
- Ask them for their review (use the card)
