Do attendees need an account?
Yes, a free AlongSide account. It's part of getting a ticket and takes a minute. It's also how joins are counted, and new Members bring your room price down.
How does a full room become free?
You book at 25% off. Every attendee who joins brings the price down in proportion to the room's size, so a full room costs nothing. Every new Member who joins AlongSide through your event takes another 10% off. You're charged after the event, once joins are counted.
What about recordings?
You choose when you create the event: no recording, included with the ticket, or sold separately at your price (you keep 100%). Everyone is told before they join, and only signed-in Members can watch.
What do I need to join?
A computer or phone with a camera and microphone and a recent browser. Nothing to install. The room opens 15 minutes before the start.
Can I use it for a one-on-one Session?
Yes. Book a Small Room, create a free or paid event with one seat, and share the link with your Member.
What if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start and every attendee is refunded automatically, and you aren't charged for the room.
