The Course

A small-group Course in a private gym for people who want to lift but don't trust their form. Members learn the squat, hinge, press and pull patterns with real coaching. By the end they leave with a simple training plan they can run on their own.

What Members walk away able to do

  • Squat, deadlift, bench and press with sound form
  • Warm up, load a bar and use safeties correctly
  • Follow and adjust a simple beginner training plan
  • Track progress and know when to add weight
  • Train alone safely

Draft outline

A starting point. You shape the final version with us.

  1. Weeks 1–2 — Movement patterns, bracing and bar setup
  2. Weeks 3–4 — Building the lifts and first progressions
  3. Week 5 — Planning your training: sets, reps and recovery
  4. Week 6 — Running your own session, with coaching

Who we're looking for

  • A certified trainer or strength coach (NSCA, NASM, ACE or similar)
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Experience coaching true beginners
