Fix my screen windows

I've tried a few times and each time the screen ends up saggy. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have about 10 window total and a door. Also, I'm just a little uncomfortable with getting to the 2nd story ones. I know I can pull them inside and do them but the height still makes me uncomfortable. I'd rather you do those completely.
